Room 9 has two double beds and a mini Kitchenette embellished with reclaimed 100-year-old Bois d’ arc posts, retrieved from a local ranch fence line. Use our ‘Soak Yer Bones’ bath salts in the six foot claw foot tub to wash away the trail dust and city life stress. Pet friendly rustic charm with luxurious amenities. This room will share the history of the many historic homes built in Canadian by local ranching families. The Brainards, who built on the corner of Kingman and 6th Street, were the first to build a “town house” used by friends and family when in Canadian. Come take our driving/walking tour of Hemphill County’s many historic churches, homes, and ranches and imagine yourself back in the 1880’s.
